Has anyone been on the Blue Bike Tours - of Paris? I've read all the posts and seems most people have used Fat Tire - but no comments on Blue Bike Tours. So if anyone has experience with Blue Bike Tours I would love to hear about it!! Going to Paris in 2 weeks and would like to do a bike tour after getting off the plane. Thanks!

I think they are really new. I'm leaning towards doing one when I go in about 6 weeks, so I'm sorry I can't help right now, but they have great reviews on Trip Advisor (which is where I first read about them). What I really like about them over the others is their Hidden Paris tour, which looks like it takes you to sights that are out of the way. (A Roman arena in Paris? I never knew!) I can stop by the Louvre and Eiffel Tower on my own, and probably would. I'd rather see other sights on a bike tour. But, that's my take. I also like the idea of really small groups--limited to 10. If you end up doing it, let me know how you like it! :)

I very highly recommend Bike About Paris tours. They are a more established company with small groups, great guides and new bikes. I did the tour in June as well in 2010 and considered no other company. Also did the Versailles bike tour which was equally great.

Thanks Becca and Mary for your information. I will check out Bike About Paris. When I return I will post about which bike company and tour(s) I took. I'm excited to do a bike tour - a different way to see Paris or maybe Versailles. This is my fourth trip and still in love with Paris!
