Big thank you to Minnesota

I just wanted to thank the nice couple from Minnesota we met by chance at the Bar/Restaurant de France in Lacoste on Sunday. They mentioned the horrible time they had returning their rental to the Nice train station. My good luck was I had to do the same thing on Monday. With their recounting where to actually bring the car to, we were able to do it with a lot less hassle. I know they are Rick fans and hope they see this. Again, Thanks.

Nice! Why is it that, very often, car rental returns are so hideous? I nominate Geneva Airport for worst rental car return in the world!

Would you be able to post how you returned your car, so others could benefit? (I realize that you may not be able to recount the directions, but if you can, it would help everyone else).

The legendary "Minnesota Nice" strikes again. Except this time it had the extra twist of also being Minnesota "Niece", LOL....

I don't know about "Minnesota Nice"...Urban Dictionary defines you guys as passive aggressive. I actually don't think so...folks from Minnesota are some of the best people I've ever met. For a fun look at something nice, check out the Iowa Nice video below. It's short but super funny. There is a tiny bit of foul language, however. If you like clever videos, this is a must. It was all over the national media when it was produced back during the last Presidential election cycle. Since this is supposed to be a question about travel, how about traveling to Iowa to check out some of the sweet things you'll hear about in this video? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qLZZ6JD0g9Y
