looking for a good fare for a ticket from Paris-London on July 19. Any suggestions other than RailEurope, which seems to have a reputation for being expensive?

Unfortunately, you've waited way too long to get the lowest fares. As more tickets are sold, the price of the remaining tickets keeps going up. However, as Michael indicated, book on the official Eurostar site. For future reference, you can book up to 120 days in advance.

I know, unfortunately I didn't have the luxury of time to plan ahead.
Was hoping to snag a deal at this point in time but your right, they are not out there.
