Ryan Air should have a link on their website somewhere with the bus details, costs, and timetable.

When you say bus station do you mean the one at P. Roma on the islands of Venice, or the one Mestre?

Just to clear up some confusing terminology. there is no such thing as a "water taxi pass". Water taxis are like land taxis, private licensed motor boats, holding up to about 10 passengers each and you pay per trip, like a land taxi. Probably the shortest ride would be about 75 EUR for a trip within the island, and 120 EUR to Venice airport (VCE).

Vaporettos are like public buses that ply a fixed route on a fixed schedule. They hold over 100 passengers with people getting on and off at each dock along their route. That is what you can get a pass for. An individual trip is 7.50 EUR, but they sell 24-hour passes for 20 EUR and a 48 hour pass for 30 EUR. Since you are arriving from Treviso airport, that is a separate deal that has already been addressed.
