I will be traveling in central Europe next spring, just wondering where the best place is to be to celebrate Easter? (I'm a practicing Christian) (it will be April 8, 2012) Right now I am planning on being in Hungary at that time possibly Eger or Budapest but I could shift things around a few days for something extra special. Through my own research I found a really cool village called Holloko (apparently the first village to become a UNESCO world heritage site) that is supposed to have the most traditional easter celebration in Hungary and just happens to be on a straight line between Levoca Slovakia, and Budapest. Anyone have any other information on Holloko?
