Not an answer to your question, BUT, my first trip to Europe was on RS 21 Day Best of Europe in 2001. I go back every summer and while there take another RS tour. The BofE is still my favorite.

Cheryl, just a suggestion that you might consider arriving a day or two early for your tour in order to acclimate yourself...get some rest and hit the ground running, so to speak. I very much understand wanting the direct flight home, though - I've always gone to wherever the direct flights went ;-) Unfortunately, those direct flights are becoming more scarce...

Cheryl,
I have to agree with the two previous writers. My first trip to Europe was with the 21 Day ETBD Best of Europe. I am glad that we booked a week prior to the trip in Belgium and the Netherlands. It certainly helped getting our the jet lag and prepare ourselves for the tour. AS well, it was nice to have a couple of extra days at the end so we weren't rushing home right after the tour. We will be taking another ETBD tour again this year with the same game plan. I hope you enjoy the ETBD tour as much as we did.
