Travel from Cesky Krumlov - for 3 Day

I am traveling from Vienna to Cesky Krumlov with friends May 21, 2016. The will leave Cesky the next day for Prague on Sunday, May 22, and I stay in Cesky to tour the castle and town for a day and do a one-day RT shuttle to Hallstadt. I can stay longer for more day trips, but I must meet them again in Paris (CDG airport), on May 27 by noon. Originally, I wanted to take a shuttle from Cesky to Salzburg and stay there for two nights, but I found there is no flight out of Salzburg to Paris, only with 1-2 stopovers , very expensive, and an overnight somewhere. I have checked RyanAir and EasyJet for flights but there are none that go to Paris from Salzburg. I am now re-thinking my plan. Does anyone have a recommendation for how to spend 3 days between Cesky Krumlov and Paris? I have already been to Prague. I will need to either take a train to Paris or fly from a major city to Paris. Thanks in advance for any feedback!

You can fly Air France or Lufthansa out of Munich, but they're not considered budget airlines.
Transavia France is the only budget air carrier flying Munich-Paris Orly Airport. They and Niki Airlines also fly out of Vienna to Paris.

Munich is not a bad idea at all, but I couldn't help wondering if you're headed to Paris to sightsee or you're headed straight to CDG to head home. If you're not spending time in Paris, why not shuttle back to Prague and fly to Paris early? There's really inexpensive nonstops for that route - EasyJet covers it with prices as low as 39 Euros.

I would either keep the plan to stay in Salzburg, then take the train to Munich to catch a flight to Paris (cheap non-stops on Air France or Transavia). Or just stop in Salzburg for the day and spend the rest of the time in Munich before flying to Paris. I did it the other way, early train from Munich to Salzburg for 1/2 day and then afternoon shuttle to CK.

You can go to Salzburg, stay there, then take a train from Salzburg to Paris. It takes about 8 and half hours with one change in Stuttgart. Or stop in Salzburg then make another stop in Munich. The direct train from Munich to Paris takes about 6 hours. I would not bother with flying from Munich to Paris. It would be just negligibly faster if at all.

Thanks everyone for your helpful replies. I have read them all and decided to take the CK Shuttle from Cesky Krumlov directly to Munich, spend 3 days there, and fly on Air France, which turns out to be a very cheap flight--to Paris. It's a direct flight, so I could not be happier. I found a decent hotel in Munich right on the SBahn line very close to Marienplatz called Hotel Sendlinger Tor. So I'm all set! Again, much gratitude for all of your responses, I found them very helpful!
