Belgium, The Netherlands, France, and Italy!!

Hi!
2 of my friends and I (18+) are going on a Europe trip this summer! We are playing on going to Paris, Biarritz, Venice, Rome, Cinque Terre, Amsterdam, and Brugges. We have places to stay in Paris and Biarritz but we need good hostel or Air B and B suggestions! Also, if anyone has any suggestions on the order of our trip please let me know! Any extra information about places we must see, eat, have a coffee, or a great club in these places would be more than helpful. Thank you so so much!!

I would suggest you go to https://www.hihostels.com to look for hostels. They're a good, lively place for young people to stay.
AirBnB.com is another place to look. Pay close attention to the locations and the customers' ratings of the properties.

Unfortunately, your desired cities don't exactly flow too well.

Biarritz is in the southwest of France, and it's going to be expensive traveling so far off the beaten path. France is also much larger than many travelers realize.
The Cinque Terre is also off the beaten path somewhat, but it's manageable.

Start in Amsterdam and take the train to Brugges.
Take the train from Brugges to Paris. Forget Biarritz.
Fly on EasyJet.com from Paris to Venice.
Catch a train from Venice to La Spezia (north of Pisa) and a slow, short train ride into Cinque Terre.
Take trains back to La Spezia and a train down to Rome. Hopefully it'll be a fast train, reservations required.
Fly home from Rome.
I would tell you to start your trip as soon as possible. The airfares go up dramatically the end of May.

Check Hostelworld.com for any of your European destinations. While the HI hostels are pretty consistent, they are not necessarily the only game in the town and sometimes the amenities in some of the independent boutique hostels are better - read through the reviews carefully so you know what you might be getting - you want to know what others have to say about the location, cleanliness, noise levels, whether there are lock-outs during the certain day-time hours, strict policies on check-in/check-out, etc. Airbnb may or may not work out better for you since there are 3 of you - but do make sure you factor in the additional security deposit, cleaning fee and Airbnb fee for your rental - that might put it out of your price range. Sometimes a budget hotel might work better as there are no cleaning fees or big security deposits - check chains like easyHotel, Citizen M, Ibis.

I'd say if you want to do some clubbing and enjoy the Italian coastline, skip Cinque Terre and swap it for Rimini which is south of Venice. I'd also trade Brugges for Ghent or Antwerp (you can easily do a day trip to Brugges from either, but Brugges is pretty quiet after the sun goes down).

Amsterdam >> Brugges >> Paris >> Biarritz (by train)
Fly Biarritz to Venice (perhaps from San Sebastian or Bordeaux via Barcelona with Vueling)
Venice >> Cinque Terre >> Rome (by train)
