Mike, I spent a week biking in Burgundy. And drank a lot of wine. And it was great. But if you are asking about guided toursI can't help you. We did the "self-guided" tour, though we had great advice from the people who rented us bicycled. Personally I wouldn't do it any other way. But I am sure the guided experience is also great.
