Balkan Trip Plan

Hi All,
I am planning a Balkan trip and need some help. Here is my plan;
Fly in Tirana Albania --> Then to Skopje Macedonia --> Sofia Bulgaria ---> Bucharest Romania --> Brasov Romania --> Kiev Ukraine
1. I need help for information on going from Tirana to Skopje. What are the options, train or bus, and schedule.
2. How do I go from Brasov to Kiev? Information I found so far is to from Brasov to Suceava first, then Chernivtsi., and travel from Chernivtsi. to Kiev. Any other options? Would you suggest to take bus or train for all those route from Brasov to Kiev?
