So, I spoke with BA today. Due to an underlying condition they are willing to do a medical hold on our flights for this weekend. I know the credit will last until a year from original booking (which is July)...but does anyone know if its good on partner airlines in the One Alliance group?
I am curious which number you called them at? I tried their customer service and all I got was their representatives are all busy and to call later. I would like to reschedule my flights as well.

The number on the site. When I called last night that happened to me. Today I called at 9am. Waited on hold prob 30 mins.
SS, we had much better luck getting through early in the morning. Their US office opens at 7:00 a.m. Eastern time; when I called about 8:15 (Central) I got a loop recording; I tried back in about 15 minutes and was only on hold about minutes.

Usually this will be on BA plus the Joint Business airlines across the Atlantic (AA/IB/AY) but it would be wise to check.
