I thought it would be fun to have a get together of people in this area to talk travel. There is a group of people from this board that get together in Denver and I was wondering if there would be any interest in doing that here. What do you Sacto area people think?

There is a group already in Sacramento. I have never been to their monthly meetings but I am on their mailing list about their speakers. Contact Ellis & Kitty Rittenhouse.

This group has been together for many years. I think we found out about this group about 8-10 years ago before our first Europe trip. Rick Steves was in town and gave a talk about his travel books at a book store.

Hi Andrea, Great idea! I'd definitely be interested. I live 2 hrs south of Sacramento but would be willing to drive up for a get together. Maybe meet in Davis?
