This rate is set by YOUR bank. Ask your bank what your withdrawals will cost you.

All ATMs in Europe are free to use. The network (Plus, Cirrus, etc.) sets the exchange rate and it is the same for all ATMs on that network. The fees that you are charged for using that ATM is set by the card issuer. The fees can range from 0 to 4 or 5 % but gcnerally average around 3%. Call your card issuer for the exact fees they charge.
