Does anyone know of a source for a list of ATM locations in Venice? I found a Visa link, but it seems to list only those in San Polo, none for San Marco. Surely there must be ATMs all over San Marco.

We never had a problem finding an ATM anywhere in Europe. I can't recall where all the ATM's in Venice were located but know we found one whenever we were looking. If your card has a Visa logo. It will work at virtually every ATM.

There are several ATM locations scattered all over Venice. Just keep an eye out for them as you wander around. Look for bancomat.

We found many ATM's in Venice. However, Venice was the only place we had trouble with some ATM's "rejecting" our card. Apparently not all ATM's in Venice are set up to do International transactions. We just kept trying until we found one that would work, so if it happens to you don't worry that it is a problem with your card. Just look for a "major" bank and try there.

I have never had to walk more than a block or two in search of an ATM in a city of any size in Europe. Don't sweat it, there are ATMs everywhere where you will be as a tourist.
