ATM cash vs VISA card

Hi folks, my Debit card and visa card do not charge me any fees whatsoever. Am I better off getting ATM cash and pay my international hotel bill or should I pay by Visa? Not certain of the rates between ATM VS VISA. Thanks for your assist.

Many hotels will give a discount for cash payment. If they do not then I use the credit card. The exchange rate for a debit card or a credit card are the same since the exchange rate is established by the network - Cirrus or Plus.
