Atlanta Group January 21--Meeting at 1:30 p.m.

Please note new time (1:30 p.m.) and new meeting place! We're set for the Hudson Grille in Brookhaven (4046 Peachtree Road, Atlanta, GA 30319.) They are going to set up a table for us at the back of the dining room (no extra charge.) If you're new to our group - look for the blue Rick Steves' guidebook on the table. We look forward to hearing about recent travels and getting input for 2012 trips! Anyone interested can join us at the wine tasting at The Cook's Warehouse nearby starting at 3:00 p.m. Hope you'll consider joining us!

It'd be great if you could come to the meeting Rob. Let us know where you're planning to go next and we can bring books or maps to loan!

Thanks Sharon. I am going to Munich, Prague, Dresden, and Berlin in May. I am using trains only this time, so any advice in that regard will be useful. The only town I haven't researched much yet is Dresden.

Hope sherlocks is serving a nice Riesling today! Any Atlanta area folk who haven't joined us before, be sure to come out today. Sherlocks Wine/Cooks Warehouse in Brookhaven does FREE wine tastings. Usually try 4-6 wines at all prices. Of course getting to meet your fellow European travel buffs before hand is another big plus! See you this afternoon!

Hi Andrea! We had a fun meeting in Atlanta today! After our meeting we tasted wines from Italy and France! It sounds like you had a productive and fun meeting as well!
