Fly Athens to Zurich, then a train to Interlaken.

I agree with the previous reply. Fly from Athens to Zürich or another destination in Switzerland. Take the train from there to Interlaken. Check Aegean or Olympic for flights. You could also look at RyanAir from Athens to Milano Bergamo, but that may be seasonal.
