I'm looking for an affordable artist who accepts commissions to paint an oil painting of a photo I took of a Florence piazza. Would anyone know of a good reference? I want to have it painted as an anniversary present. Thanks!

Why don't you check with a local college art department? If they don't have a student (or instructor) who would do, they undoubtedly know the local artists in your area and could put you in touch with them.
