Arriving Paris on Bastille Day

Hi all, I will be arriving Paris on the Bastille Day with my 2-year-old boy at CDG and I am going to have to get to the bnb on Rue de Passy (I know I know, but the schedule was unavoidable and I really wanted to see Paris in its best). What should I expect and how can I avoid all the craziness and get to the bnb? I was going to take taxi but given the traffic, I believe it will be well over 60 euros, no? I'd really appreciate any inputs on this matter.
Thanks!!

It will be calm because street dances are the night before, people have the day off and are sleeping late. A few soldiers and politicians will be parading down the Champs Élysées in the morning. No craziness at all rand good traffic flow. The only places hopping are the ones geared to tourists.

andy, I have been in Paris a few times on July 14th, its never really affected my day at all, in fact, since many people have the day off work the metros aren't as crowded with commuters..
