I wanted to arrive a day early to get settled I havent contacted the hotel as Im not sure of the time zone. I didn't want to be rushed as I want this to be a relaxed adventure with my Dad. There phone # is different than here in the states so I guess I'll give it a try n see what happens. I can assume the obvious but if they don't have any early accomidations any suggestions.

Honestly don't understand question. Time should not make difference. You using internet?? If you do contact them and no rooms available, ask them if they can suggest anything else.
Still not sure if this answers your questions though.

I don't really understand your question either. You want to arrive a day earlier than what? Do you have a reservation and want to arrive a day early? Please come back and be a little more clear about your questions so we can help.

I would suggest contacting them by email - no time zone issue at all. If they don't have availability the day before, they can either suggest something or you can look on Google Maps to see what other hotels are nearby.
