I will be in Paris and London in April. I've checked the average highs/low and precipitation. I know that London will be more of the "wet cold" weather. Will Paris be the same? Or is it not as humid? Just wondering because when the weather is more humid, it feels colder and I want to be prepared.
Flora -
During the early spring it is best to always be prepared - especially given your experience with humidity.
I can say that we have had another mild winter and temperatures have not been overly cold. I in fact haven't worn any of my big winter coats etc.
I would recommend to layer - a trick we use here is to have a good scarf (not too heavy) to wear. It tends to help regulate temperature along with a hat. You will find it keeps the edge off the humid cool air.
Plan for all weather then you will find that the city will be wonderful no matter what the weather as you will be prepared.
