I just read about the PABLO detaxe machines at :

The process seems to involve going between terminals 1 and 2 in order to accomplish the refund in cash before you leave. Just wondering if anyone has done this or if the procedure described by Rick ( and others)is just easier, which is either a refund minus a service fee, or dropping the form in the box and waiting for the detaxe to go back on your credit card.
