I think I read somewhere that could be a problem with European ATM machines. I hate to go to the trouble of changing our pin number on two accounts if others can report no trouble. Thanks!
Mine is four digits starting with a zero and I've never had a problem in Europe or anywhere else, for that matter.
Thanks. Sounds like we should be fine then.
But I would change one of them just in case. I have seen that advice a lot. But if you encountered problems it could a big problem. Why take the chance?
I have seen other posts, maybe you could search "atm" in the posts? I remember distinctly that there are issues with PINS starting with 0, and also 6 number PINS. Europe tends to favor 4 digit PINS.
Mine too begins with zero. Never a problem. Make sure that your PIN contains no more than 4 numbers and no letters. Most European ATMS don't have letters on the keypad.
