Anyone have experience with Brent Crook?

Brent Crook was recommended as a travel agent for Italian visits. Anyone have experience with him?

Gerald, NO, I've never dealt with Brent Crook. Could you elaborate on why you want to use a Travel Agent to plan your visit to Italy? Although I use a Travel Agent to book flights and rental cars on occasion, I think it's safe to say that the majority here are more comfortable using Rick's books or the net for planning. Cheers!

We have been to Italy three times and always used a travel agent. The service cost ranged from zero to $200. All trips were completely successful. I looked at various websites, but became discouraged by the sheer volume. We would like a B&B or apartment type arrangement for Balogna city center for a week or ten days, followed by an agriturismo site in the area for another week or ten days. I looked at bedandbreakfastcom, bed-and-breakfast-in-italy.com, venere.com and bbplanet.com. The choices are overwhelming. The Brent Crook reference came from a memo to the Rick Steves site.
