This may be a good source, scroll down for a fairly up to date chart: http://www.creditcards.com/credit-card-news/foreign-exchange-fees-going-up-1267.php Remember these rates can, and do, change often - especially after the Dodd-Frank financial bill changed a lot of rules regarding bank fees (it limited some fees, so others are going up to replace the revenue).

Chip, I found this Bankrate site. It isn't in specifically a "chart" format but it does have comparison info. Just go to Bankrate.com and click on credit cards.

I have found a couple of Bankrate charts, both are disappointing with few banks listed, a few errors, and questionable timeliness. http://www.bankrate.com/finance/credit-cards/minimize-foreign-transaction-fees-1.aspx http://www.bankrate.com/finance/credit-cards/latest-currency-conversion-fees-1.aspx (listed as correct as of April, 2009) It might be time for Rick Steves to quit recommending Bankrate.com.

I guess, if nothing else, it gives you an idea what rates are available so you have some idea whether your card is competitive or unreasonable.
