Anyone familiar with Première Classe Roissy hotels?

I found a $50/night hotel called Première Classe Roissy - Villepinte Parc des Expositio near the airport (Du Gaulle). Is anyone familiar with this chain or this hotel in particular?

I would prefer to stay in 18eme, 19eme, 13eme, or 14eme, but this seemed like an okay deal. Is it easy to get into the city from the outskirts?

IMO, this hotel would not be a good choice. If I'm reading the map at viamichelin.com correctly, this hotel is not within easy walking distance of the RER B line. It appears to be best suited for people who are traveling by car. And it would take you around 35 minutes to get from Villepinte (which appears to be the closest RER station) to central Paris. The fare would be €3.50 each way. It would be a much better idea to stay in one of the arrondissements you've listed since they're all within Paris proper. Where should a person stay when visiting Paris? IN PARIS! A single ticket on the Metro and/or RER within central Paris is €1.50. A carnet of ten tickets is €11.10.

How about the Ibis Hotels? Are they good quality?

I haven't stayed in an Ibis hotel myself; but Norm from Ottawa, who posts regularly on the Helpline and whose opinion I would certainly trust, speaks well of them. Since you're interested in staying in Montmartre, the three Ibis hotels there are Paris Montmartre 18eme, Ibis Paris Sacre Coeur, and Ornano Montmartre Nord. The first two are below the Basilique du Sacre-Coeur and the third is north of the basilica. The first two would be closer to the heart of Montmartre.
