Hotel prices in Europe are dropping because of the economic crises. When you e-mail the hotel directly and tell them what your budget is for an overnight in their you have a good change you will get the price you can afford.

I stayed at the Hotel Opera, a budget hotel with a great view from my room,great location, and love their breakfast. I'll be back Berlin!
