89 y/o Kathleen Searles from the Northern English town of Sudburry wanted to visit the place where Aristole once taught Alexander the Great. Problem: She finds airports too depressing. The so lady chartered a cab and drove the 6,000 km (3,730 miles) to Greece. Once they arrived at the historical site near the Greek town of Naousa she and her 73 y/o friend visited the place for about 4 hours, returned to their cab and drove back. The total trip took 11 days and cost 2950 Euro ($3,970).
