Am 78, 3 trips to Europe in 2026. I have PLENTY of medical insurance for ALL types of medical situations. I want ANNUAL TRIP INTERRUPTION and TRIP CANCELLATION Insurance. I don't want or need a combo medical and trip interruption/cancellation, just trip interruption and cancellation insurance.
My credit cards DO NOT have the coverage I need/want. Any sources for ONLY trip interruption and cancellation insurance for a senior? Thanks.
I couldn’t find any travel insurance policies that didn’t have some level of medical coverage. I ended up going with an Allianz annual policy.

Which companies have you looked at so we don’t duplicate your efforts?
I looked at Allianz’s list of travel plans. They do have a cancellation/interruption plan. When I tried to do a mock purchase, it would only do per trip not annual policy.
Can you do a minimal annual trip insurance policy that will give you some coverage that you are looking for although it will include medical? I know that’s not what you want.
My hunch is you will need to insure each trip individually if there are no annual policies without medical coverages. It could be less expensive than an annual policy (but I have no idea). As Laura said if you do find an annual policy that can be so specific, come back and give a quick report here. I imagine others would be interested as well.
