There are many direct trains. You can board either at Amsterdam Centraal or Amsterdam Airport. Thalys takes about 1 hour 34 minutes from Amsterdam Airport to Bruxelles-Midi. You can check the schedule etc. on Deutsche Bahn website.

With the Fyra train uncertainties the best option is a Thalys train.
