Quick question. Leaving tomorrow and a little edgy!
How hard are the Strippenkaarts (sp?) to use? Will I be able to get information from the Centraal Station if I ask?
How long of a train ride from AMS to Den Haag?

I agree, I find the Strippenkaarts a little confusing - go with a pass. The tram drivers have always been helpful too in case of any confusion. Lots of info is available at Centraal Station, and EVERYONE speaks english, so communication is very easy.

AMS to Den Haag is about 1 hour. I usually don't bother with the StrippenKaarts; instead I buy the unlimited 24, 48, or 72 hour passes. I've been to Holland many times but I find the strip tickets confusing. But unlike the unlimited passes they are valid in all the cities. If you must use them, let the driver do the work; instead of the self-stamping machines. The GWK municipal transit office is located outside of the main Centraal Station building across the tram tracks-look for the "GWK" logo.

Thanks! I knew someone would know! I'm starting to wig out a little and I wasn't sure how to find out! Sounds like the pass may be the way to go - I do that in London and its so easy!
