Anyone have any info on them, or if they work? They seem a little bulky to put into a money belt.
Unless you have cards that have RFID chips in them, there is no reason to even consider one. I wouldn't bother anyway.
Yeah, don't bother. Your cards just need to be secured in a moneybelt of some type so they don't go missing (due to you or a pickpocket), and a big and bulky moneybelt defeats the purpose of being 'hidden' from view ;-)
James, According to a recent Consumer Reports test, using aluminum foil and Duct tape for RFID-blocking is more effective than many of the commercial products. The first step is to determine which of your credit cards are equipped with the RFID chips - look for a small "signal strength" indicator on the front. If you're really concerned about it, place the credit card inside a zip-lok bag and wrap it in aluminum foil. Cheers!
The wallet is bulky, the clasp will break after several openings and the interior plastic sleeves will disintegrate with constant use. Other than that if you put it in a breast pocket it "might" stop a very slow bullet from penetrating.
Thanks for the input.
