We're traveling to Prague on to Salzburg and going on the Alpine Europe My Way tour ending in Switzerland. Any advice on what e sim will work in those countries?

I have a EU Telecom (which is T-Mobile in Europe) sim with a German number, and I use the Verizon overseas monthly plan to retain my US phone number. Newer phones can have two sims. Both work in Switzerland. Roaming will cost extra, but I haven't been anywhere in Switzerland where I didn't have coverage. Admittedly I have pretty much been in the cities.
