After Morocco and 7 days in Barcelona where to?

Hello, I will be ending my trip in Naples and spending a week in Italy. I have 6-7 days where I am open for ideas to do before going to Italy. TIA!

I am confused--you are flying home from Naples, and you are spending ___ days there? And you are looking for something in between BCN and Naples to spend a week?
What are your day trip plans while in BCN, and what are your plans for the Naples area? Knowing that will greatly help in offering advice.

Thank you for your reply... Good questions...I only have thoughts for my 7 days in BCN yet. What are your must see places just outside BCN? I only just chose the hotel for BCNl. I will spend one week based in Naples as I have a friend there.. We will travel from where we meet up to travel Italy.
I thought to go to Paris after BCN- but thought there may be some awesome spots between BCN and Italy besides Paris. Like Palace de Versailles...day trips from Paris. I am spinning my head for options. I appreciate having your reflections.

Forget going to Paris, stick to Spain or Italy.
Just a week in Italy and in the Naples area, go to Rome for sure.

While in Naples, do to Pompeii, Sorrento, Capri and the Amalfi Coast.

Girona is not too far from Barcelona, consider going there on a day trip. Also, Monserrat is worth a day trip.

Okay, now understanding that you will have a week in Barcelona and a week in Naples separate from this, I see you as having two options: fly somewhere (check skyscanner for flights from BCN--basically anywhere you can get in Italy [within limits] will be reachable to Naples by train, OR fly to Paris for a week, that's two more flights in a trip, not ideal), OR go to some smaller towns around BCN, then fly from there to Naples--geova named some of the places near BCN.
I would feel too rushed with a train journey, though I suppose you could do it.
