ADHD Medicine in Eastern Europe

I take Vyvanse 70mg and am planning a trip for late April/early May to Germany, Austria, Hungary, and Poland and a little confused about if I need to do anything for me to be able to take my meds into the countries. It’s only a two week trip so I won’t need refills or anything of that nature. I see where there’s restrictions for other meds like Adderall but haven’t seen anything regarding Vyvanse.

Has anyone recently taken Vyvanse into any of those countries? And if so did you have to do anything extra beyond taking them in the bottle and having a copy of the prescription?

Just take your meds in the bottles they came in and you should be all right.

My wife travels with a couple of controlled substances, and she's never been questioned anywhere. We have to plan far in advance when her monthly doctors visits are going to be when getting plane reservations, etc.

You really need to check and see if the medication is legal in those countries. If its legal, then keep it in the original container and perhaps even have a doctor's note. It doesn't matter how many people have been able to bring in a certain medication to a country where its illegal, if you get caught with it, you have a problem.

Sorry, I know nothing about Vyanase, but I do have two kids that use Adderall. Sudafed is another drug that can be illegal in some countries.

Google is helpful. It tells me that the active ingredient in Vyvanse is Lisdexamfetamine which is classed as a narcotic in many (all?) EU-countries.

Bring them in their original containers and bring the prescriptions as well as any other paperwork you might have.
