Additional side tours

Are you going on a RS tour? If so, are you asking whether they will help you do side trips while you're on the tour? My experience is the guides are happy to give you advice about how to make arrangements for your free time if they can, within the confines of the tour schedule. If you're talking about side trips not associated with a RS tour, they do have a consulting department (with your paid tour you get a 50% discount): http://www.ricksteves.com/about/consulting.htm I've never used this service, but I suspect they do not make arrangements for you. A quick phone call or email to the tour department would answer this question.

I've used the consulting service, they only consult. Included in that they might reccomend hotels or other travel tips but no reservations.
