I booked with Airline Blueair on a Friday for a friend to go and see her elderly parents. On the Monday I was advised that the flight was cancelled. Despite claiming a refund on their website I have received nothing back. I do not recommend using this airline to anyone.
So you are posting on Monday, complaining about not getting a refund on Monday.... best ignored.
No I am still waiting for Blueair to refund me my £87. It has been several weeks now and even though I filled in their refund form on their website I have heard or received nothing.
David, might it be worthwhile to get someone on the phone? Perhaps the request for a refund disappeared somewhere in cyberspace, or talking to a live person might light a fire under someone's behind.
And notify the bank that you charged or debited this from.
