Iceland and Greenland

We're taking a cruise next summer and need any and all info on what to see and do in Iceland (1 day) and Greenland (1 day). If you think it's a good idea, please lend your voice to mine asking Rick to please investigate and produce a guide book. Ok, it may be a very short one or could be included in his Scandinavian one.... More Baby Boomers are traveling as we retire and would enjoy places "off the beaten path".

Hi Beth. I see you also posted this question in the "To the North" section, which is the more appropriate place for it. You should delete this posting - otherwise you'll have 2 running threads of responses, some of which may overlap.
