I'm sure the front desk at the Sheraton Rome Hotel Golf could direct you.

Google is your friend and will even give you a map showing the exact location. Or you could ask the priest you are meeting.

The Porta Sant'Anna is number 27 on the map of the Vatican, on the right hand side kinda near the security check area. The website for your hotel shows it to be somewhat in the middle of nowhere (the Golf gives a hint) near EUR and the GRA. They appear to offer an occasional shuttle to the left hand side of the Forum near the Capitaline. From there you would need to use local bus connections to Vatican City. The buses are noted in Rick Steves Rome book. Or would you be more likely to take a taxi? The hotel website shows taxi prices.

Here's a picture of the Porta Santa Anna, which is where the red-light is on Via di Porta Angelica. As far as getting here from the Sheraton... get a taxi. There is bus service out there but it takes forever to get into town and you'd have to switch buses at least once to get close. You could also walk about 1/2 mile to the Muratella train station from the hotel, and with an ATAC ticket, ride the FM1 train into Roma Trastevere Station. Then switch to the FR5 train and get off at Roma San Pietro Station. From there it's a 10 minute walk to the Porta Santa Anna. You can do all this for 1.50 euro. But, it would take a LONG time! There are other options when you get to Roma Trastevere, or from Roma Ostiense, but any of these involve at least one bus/tram change. So, get a taxi!
