If you want to see the coast line, just hop on a ferry from Sorrento and go to Amalfi. If you are asking to see the towns and be in the towns along the way, take a bus. If you area asking for a name of an actual tour company...someone else might be able to help you there. My suggestion would be to go to a travel agency in Positano and sign up for a tour that suits your desires for "touring" the coast. Agencies in Italy I've found to be very helpful when looking for a tour. (we used one in Sorrento for a day tour of Pompei and Vesuvio - it was GREAT!) Your question is pretty broad, not sure what you are looking for exactly...

The SITA bus will give you a great overview of the coast (obviously without commentary) Just hop and off at your leisure. There is also the option to hop on a boat between the various Amalfi Coast towns. A must see is a trip to the town of Ravello.
