All trains go to Termini since that is the central train station in Rome. A lot of the local transit - bus, trams - and, of course, the subway all goes to Termini including the Leonard Express from the airport.

Make that most trains to Rome go to Termini. Trains to Ostia and some other regional places leave from elsewhere in Rome. But all or almost all trains to major destinations and most trains to the burbs leave from Termini. If it doesn't leave from Termini it will leave from another metro station. Trains to the airports leave from Termini.
