No reviews anywhere? THAT would be a very BIG red flag. Might try parisbestlodge.com, feelslikehomeinparis.com and
vacationinparis.com instead.

I had a FANTASTIC experience last summer with pariseasyhome.com Emanuele was great about answering questions as we got ready for our trip, including listing out the best train routes to take from CDG to Montmartre where our apartment was. Then Stefano was waiting at the apartment when I arrived to show me around, show me how all the European appliances and such worked, and even gave me some recommendations for where to go to pick up some little necessities I needed when I got there (plus the pain du chocolat that I just WANTED). I highly recommend them!!
