8 Ladies on thr cheap

A friend wants help planning a trip for her and her 7 female employees. They all work in Budapest, so thats the start point. Date is 2 January. Length is 4 days. Budget is ... just cheap. Hotel 3 star with 3 or 4 ladies in a room or a family room or a large apt. Activities are? Well I cant imagine in January.

I have no idea where to start. I'm thinking a spa hotel in Hungary, they are thinking Paris. Any ideas? No matter how crazy or unlikely any ideas might be a start.

I dont think this will end well, but thought I would toss it out and see what comes back.

Portugal is supposedly cheap in January. We were looking at it ourselves for a future winter-break trip!

Oh, Mr E, you're title is making me chuckle.

Google flights is showing Whizz Air $150usd for their dates, Mild weather, fewer crowds, great food and wine.

Good luck!

Thanks jeanm. No matter what I suggest it will be wrong LOL. I think returning to Ukraine would be safer than getting involved with this.

Costa del Sol, flying into Malaga. Can't imagine finding a cheaper good-weather getaway.

Bucharest has cheap flights and you could find a couple of cheap apartments. It’s interesting to wander for a couple of days, with some fun restaurants at night.

Yeah…… I wouldn’t touch that for 8 women…..

Vilnius, Lithuania.

January is just after the Christmas craze, so slower and more manageable financially and in terms of crowds, there's plenty to see.

Did I mention 8 young non English speaking single ladies most of whom have been in no European city but Budapest. I'm still thinking spa hotel with night cub ... in any city. Day tour + party.

If I were about 40 years younger and single I would suggest an Austrian or German therme that I would also be planning to visit. But I am neither and I have no plans to go to one in January.

I like your spa hotel idea or heading to a warm beach as others have suggested. My daughter loves to visit the Canary Islands.
