Does anyone know of a Rick Steves type travel book or tour in Costa Rica?

RS doesn't do books for central america, although his show sometimes does. I tend to go with Lonely Planet and Moon guides for Central America. And lots and lots of Internet Research. I also really liked a "Hidden Yucatan"book but I don't know if that series makes books for Costa Rica or not.

best info I got for Costa Rica came from Trip Advisor and reading online, the books were all so so
CR is beautiful, had a great time there

Under the Rick on Radio tab above, you can find at least a couple of audio files of Rick's radio show that discuss Costa Rica.
