7 days betw. Paris and Prague - Switz/Germ?

We have a trip planned to Europe this July for 3 weeks. The first and third weeks are booked and set in stone - a week in Paris to start and ending in Prague for a week. But where to go the week in between? We do not want to get on a plane, and would prefer rail travel. So, I've tentatively come up with this itinerary (all travel by rail):
1. Paris to Colmar (1 night)
2. Colmar to Interlaken. Switch to Jungfraujoch train. (2 nights in either Gimmelwald, Murren, or Lauterbrunnen)
3. Jungfraujoch/Interlaken to Lucerne (2 nights)
4. Lucerne to Munich (2 nights)
5. Munich to Prague
Any changes/tips would be much appreciated!!

Bet you’ll have a great time. For what it’s worth, if you scrapped the Switzerland/Germany itinerary, and spend more train time on the front end, but a quick trip at the end to Prague, what about Austria? Bigger than Switzerland, smaller than Germany, and Vienna is a treat! The Austrian alps would give you some spectacular mountains, too.

We're actually heading to Munich in 4 days. We'll then go to Hallstatt and Salzburg in Austria. I wish I could tell you about the areas, but this will be our first time there.

Wishing you a fun trip!
