Hello, We will be in Prague this summer for 5 days for a theatre convention. But we'll have a few days to also explore Prague. Any suggestions for what we should see before we leave?

A concert at the castle would be good, or an opera in the city. Changing the guard at the castle is a must ... if you CAN, while you are there, remember this video of Hitler in the same courtyard ... it will make your skin crawl ...... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FeoqCCsxqgM&feature=related

I would tour the Jewish Quarter, especially the Old Jewish Cemetary and the Holocaust Memorial. I would also visit the Mucha Museum as well.

Ditto what Mary said. Explore the Charles Bridge, see the cathedral and the clock, although it's much smaller than I thought it would be.

Agree with Maureen too! If you can, climb the clock tower and see great views of the Castle and the river.
