It's a Travel Agency based in Florida. I guess it's legitimate but you'll pay a premium for there services; more than likely they're affiliates of Rail Europe. To purchase Eurostar tickets it's best to go to the source at http://www.eurostar.com. The earlier you book the cheaper it will be.

I'm not sure about how the EuroRailways' London-Paris pricing goes, but if you book on German Rail for Frankfurt to Munich, the max 2nd cl fare, online from the Bahn (which is also the counter price over there) is €91 for an ICE, about $120. Eurorailways charges $185, including the $14 charge for a premium train (ICE). It would appear they markup the tickets a lot. Even RailEurope only charges $156 for ICEs from Frankfurt to Munich.

As Michael said, you will get the cheapest fares by booking on the official Eurostar site, www.eurostar.com. Book ASAP (up to 120 days in advance) to get the best discount fare (€42.50 for adults and €41.50 for seniors). The longer you wait the higher the fare.
