Hi, I am planning for a 5 days tour to north Georgia in the second week of October.
Here is my itinerary
Day1 & 2- Land at Tbilisi from Doha and directly move to Stepantsminda. I am more interested in nature and land marks so will visit Mt.Kazbek(no trekking as running short of time any knee pain),National park of Tusheti,Gveleti waterfall, Gergeti Trinity church and gudauri. I will stay stepantsminda for 2 days and will visit near by locations.
Day 3& 4- Move to Tblisi and Mtskheta. Point of visits are Aerail tramway, Old town, the bridge of peace,Tisminda sameba cathedrae, Funicular, Kartlis deda.I will spend this 2 days at Tblisi.
Still i have have one more day left. Please suggest is there any other location to visit near by and or any mentioned location to be discarded by keeping in mind more interest for nature, sight seeing and landscape.
I am not confident about driving. What sort of arrangement for traveling can be possible. can i hire a car with driver or can i travel by public transportation which will be cost effective and convenient for first time traveler.
