Horseback Riding in Ireland

My daughter and I will be traveling in Ireland the end of May. She is an advanced rider who would like to "ride on the beach". I don't ride, but would like to find a place where she could ride for an hour or two with a group.

Hi Kathryn---when we were in Ireland a few years ago, I saw people riding on the beach at Waterville---a big beautiful beach. It was one of those "I want to do that moments" but I haven't been back. I have no actuall recommendatinos, but here is a website that lists a few places:

Scroll down to "Horseback riding" and you'll see a photo and a few riding centers you could try.

Also a Google search using "Waterville Ireland horseback riding" will produce lots of results, including inns and B&B farms that offer riding.

I hope you have a wonderful time there.
