Language schools in Spain

Can you recommend a Spanish language school in Spain? Madrid might be the most convenient, but other cities are okay too.

Have you considered going to Salamanca? It is a beautiful old city, home to the oldest university in Spain. There are several language schools in Salamanca. You might get some ideas from the Don Quijote group, which has a comprehensive website: http://www.dq-salamanca.com/

The Instituto Cervantes is an international organization promoting Spanish culture and study -- kind of the Spanish version of the Alliance Francaise.

Check out this website to find lists of Spanish language schools they recommend:

http://eee.cervantes.es/es/index.asp

In the search form, where is says "Comunidad" choose "Castilla y Leon," then click the BUSCAR button. A list of schools in the Salamanca area will come up.

If you don't know enough Spanish to understand the results, click the English button first, and it will give you the same search form in English.
